The brief
Axeer Studio is a media and culture studio working out of Cairo. Its clients are institutions of consequence: humanitarian organizations, UN agencies, global brands. The identity had to sit beside that list without shouting.
The idea
The system is bilingual first. English and Arabic share one structure: one type family for Latin, one for script, so the mark and the message survive translation without being redesigned. The visual field is white-sheet discipline with a single signal accent in action states. The studio's method is codified as five phases: discovery and strategic analysis, brand strategy, the AXEER Method, visual identity, and the copywriting system.
The system
The playbook is the full strategic, verbal, and visual system: the essence and the archetypes, the studio's story told as حكايات تهمّك, stories that matter; the audience and the landscape; the mission, narrative, and pillars that do not flinch in front of the client list; the working method sold as a repeatable instrument; the visual grammar; and the copywriting system with its Arabic and English voice laws.
The playbook does the selling. The studio's own voice, evidence, and ambition are the raw material. Nothing borrowed from agency tropes.
The surface
The playbook is the primary deployment; the studio's web surface follows from it. The print master doubles as the studio's onboarding document: a new designer executes without re-deriving a single decision.
Status
Playbook shipped. The system is built to absorb the studio's growth: new service lines and portfolio entries follow the same five phases.
