The brief

Serat is an own venture: an AI companion for people with ADHD, built on grace instead of shame. The constraint was internal. Build a brand for a brain that every productivity tool on the market has already failed.

The idea

The thesis is one sentence: the mind was never broken. Every tool that treats ADHD as a discipline deficit fails for the same reason. The structure fights the brain, the brain wins, and the user walks away with one more abandoned app and a deeper conviction that the broken thing is them.

So Serat refuses the whole genre. No streaks. No guilt. No neurotypical operating system imposed on an interest-based brain. The system is built around what that brain actually answers to: novelty, challenge, meaning, play, a felt sense of progress. The name is صراط, the path. Not a destination. The path is the product.

The system

The identity carries the thesis into every surface: wired different. Play different. The look is the warm dark, depth with warmth, used with discipline. The mark stays secondary until recognition justifies it.

The playbook is the law. It holds the truth everything serves, the white space no one owns, the essence, the seven mental models behind the companion, the progress system that proves you are becoming, the promise, the character and voice, and the signature mechanic: the Grace Protocol, the thing no imitator can copy and stay honest. Brand laws name what Serat will never do.

The surface

The pitch and the foundations surface tell the positioning once, in the brand's own voice. Everything built next inherits the system.

Status

Foundation shipped. Serat is an active own-system. The playbook governs what gets built next.
